Our Family in Pakistan

Brothers and sisters across the ocean ๐ŸŒ

Every week, I have the honor of opening the Word of God with men, women, and children in Pakistan. Some gather in a half-built church. Some walk for hours from the brick kilns just to hear Scripture taught. They are not strangers. They are family.

"Remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering."
โ€” Hebrews 13:3

God Confirmed It Twice

I started receiving messages from people in Pakistan I had never met. They called me a teacher and asked me to start teaching them the Word of God. That very same week, my pastor told me I had a gift to teach and asked me to lead Wednesday night Bible studies and Sunday morning Sunday school.

On my own, I would have said no. But when it all happened together, I knew it was from the Lord.

God is such a loving Father. He knows me, and He knows I need confirmation. So He lovingly spoke through my pastor at home and through brothers and sisters across the globe in the very same week.

Now we meet over Google Meet, and sometimes Facebook video when the internet connection allows. Every gathering, no matter how it happens, is a holy one.

What God Is Building

โ›ช

A Church from a Home

Every Saturday morning I meet with a minister who treats me like family. He is building a church out of his own small home. The walls are up and some of the plumbing is finished, and we are praying in the roof, solar panels, electricity, and internet.

๐Ÿงต

The Sewing Center

He is also building a sewing center, a program to teach young women in Pakistan how to sew, so they have a skill to provide for their families. He named it after me, which humbles me deeply. He says that is what the Lord led him to do.

๐Ÿ‘ฃ

The Brick Kiln Families

Another group has no church building at all. Men, women, and children walk for hours from the brick kilns to reach a connection where we can meet online and open the Word together. Their hunger for God puts me on my face.

Will you stand with us?

Current Prayer Needs

These are the specific things we are asking God for right now. When you pray, you become part of this ministry.

Why This Matters

They Walk for Hours to Hear the Word

There are people so desperate to hear the Word of God that they walk for hours, going without food, comfort, or air conditioning, just to sit under Scripture.

They are persecuted for their faith. Some of the women have had their futures ripped away, forced into marriages, abused, and some even killed, with no one to look to for help but the Lord. These are not headlines. These are our brothers and sisters, and we are called to love them as we love ourselves. That is not a suggestion. It is a commitment, and we have to own that obedience.
